We are a mental health clinic with over 40 clinics throughout South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and Wyoming
with telehealth services also available in North Dakota.
 Our Mission is to remove barriers to access quality mental health services and increase HOPE with an emphasis in our rural communities!
