I am a dedicated therapist who embarked on a journey of healing and growth. With a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University and a Master's in Licensed Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University. I've honed my skills to create a safe haven for individuals seeking transformation.

My passion for helping others led me to specialize in EMDR, aiding those dealing with grief, depression, and anxiety. Guided by personal experiences, I've integrated Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral strategies to offer holistic care. Yet, the cornerstone of my approach lies in my personal experiences. I understand that our own journeys mold us into empathetic healers. Having faced my own triumphs and tribulations, I understand the courage it takes to confront life's challenges. This understanding deeply influences my practice, allowing me to offer an authentic connection that fosters trust and growth.

Beyond therapy, I find solace in the outdoors with my four dogs, embrace the joy of family, and explore diverse cultures through travel. These experiences enrich my approach and fuel my commitment to guiding you towards a life of authenticity, growth, and well-being.

As you begin your journey of self-growth and healing, I am here to walk beside you as you embrace the transformative power that resides within.

“Grief never ends, but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness or a lack of faith, it’s the price of love.” – Elizabeth I
